Gayley Park Apartments at 406 Gayley Street, Media, Pennsylvania.

We've really liked living here the past two years, will be renewing for a third! Pests have been very rare which is a huge step up from my Philadelphia apartment where cockroaches were your best friend, and there's really no neighbor noises that you'd think you'd get in a normal apartment complex. The team in the landlords office has been very accommodating and kind to us and we appreciate the help they've given us from time to time. The location of these apartments is great as well.

Only thing I'll say is that I'm sad they don't allow dogs, and cats have an extra monthly payment on them ($20/cat) which is kind of silly.
